AGIL—CMS/Brembana's CNC controlled glass cutting table, the competitive, efficient and strong cutting table solution. Agil has a fixed cutting table with loading arms, 2 interpolated axes and pivoting head for cutting panes of straight and shaped flat glass with a thickness from 3 to 25 mm.

RUNNER—CMS/Brembana's CNC controlled glass cutting table—the competitive efficient and strong cutting table solution. Runner has a tilting cutting table, 3 interpolated axes for straight and shaped flat glass with a thickness from 3 to 25 mm.

RUNNER LINE—CMS/Brembana's CNC controlled flow through glass cutting table—the competitive efficient and strong cutting table solution. Runner Line is a fixed cutting table with glass transport belts, 3 interpolated axes for straight and shaped flat glass with a thickness from 3 to 19 mm and normally comes in line with loader and cut off bench.

JR 13—CMS/Brembana's Numerically Controlled Machining Center with three interpolated axes (X, Y, Z) is suitable for the processing of both thin and thick flat glass sheets. JR 13, in its standard configuration, can perform any type of edge grinding and polishing operation as well as arrising, milling, edging, engraving, writing and drilling from the top.

SPEED MB (monobloc)—CMS/Brembana's Numerically Controlled Machining Center for glass with three interpolated axes (X, Y, Z) is suitable for the processing of both thin and thick flat glass sheets. Speed MB, in its standard configuration, can perform any type of edge grinding and polishing operation as well as arrising, milling, edging, engraving, writing and drilling from the top.

SPEED TR—CMS/Brembana's monobloc 3-4 axis numerical control machining center with revolving table (TR)—is the solution for nonstop machining cycles, with greatly reduced floor space requirements for the machining of glass and similar materials. Speed TR, in its standard configuration, can perform any type of edge grinding and polishing operation as well as arrising, milling, edging, engraving, writing and drilling from the top. Speed TR's dual rotary bench makes possible the carrying out of loading/unloading and suction cups positioning operations in total safety on one work table while the machining center is operating on the other table. Speed TR is perfectly suited for companies demanding high production levels.

MAXIMA MB (monobloc)—CMS/Brembana's Numerically Controlled Machining Center with five axes (X, Y, Z, C, B) suitable for the processing of monolithic glass sheetseven with a substantial thickness and bent glass. In Maxima MB's standard configuration it can perform any type of edge grinding and polishing, as well as arrising, milling, edging and drilling, cutting with a diamond disk, engraving, writing and beveling with variable angle 0-90°.

EASYLINE—The CMS Tecnocut Easyline Series provides customers an accurate and cost-effective entry-level waterjet cutting system. CMS Tecnocut's waterjet manufacturing technology, achieved through twenty years of experience, combined with the buying power of CMS Industries, results in a best value and top performance. The Easyline is a three-axis abrasive waterjet cutting robot that offers a cutting envelope up to 2 m (78") x 6 m (236"). It can easily cut aluminum, steel, titanium, and other metals, as well as stone, plastic, glass, and other materials.

MILESTONE S—waterjet cutting system was born from the meeting between CMS/Tecnocut's high technological experience and the needs of our customers. It has been studied for easy and performance oriented processing, it provides, due to its focus on the basic essentials, a configuration designed for high productivity, and at the same time one that pays great attention towards a safe working environment. Milestone S is particularly well suited for machining processes in the stone industry.

The Idroline Series has raised the bar for waterjet cutting systems, making it unique in the market. It's thefirst waterjet system with an active method for controlling the speed and kerf of the jet; the first with a5 axis cutting head with continuous height following, and the first production waterjet system to provide an isolated cutting environment, providing for maximum operator safety and noise reduction. VERTEC—is CMS/Brembana's numerically controlled machine for vertical orientation and working of flat glass sheets with rectangular or shaped forms. Vertec is a vertically oriented drilling machine, with 4 interpolated axes + 2 axes for tool changing, for hole drilling and countersinking on rectangular and shaped glass sheets. Vertec drills holes with a maximum diameter of 60 mm with tight tolerance.

VERTEC+MILL—adds to these capabilities the following—a vertically oriented drilling-milling machine, with 4 interpolated axes + 2 axes for tool change + 2 axes for the positioning of the suction cups, used for hole drilling, countersinking and milling on rectangular and shaped glass sheets. Vertec+Mill drills holes with a maximum diameter of 60 mm with tight tolerance. 

PROFILE—is CMS/Brembana's numerically controlled machine for the vertical orientation and working of flat glass sheet edges with either rectangular or shaped form. Profile can carry out any type of measured edging and polishing as well as milling, drilling or countersinking with tight tolerance.

KART (Loaders/Unloaders)
KART—is CMS/Brembana's PLC controlled machine for automatic loading of flat glass sheets from a vertical glass rack to horizontal machines.
KART PALL—is CMS/Brembana's PLC controlled machine for automatic unloading of flat glass sheets from a vertical glass rack to horizontal machines.
KART V—is CMS/Brembana's PLC controlled machine for automatic loading of flat glass sheets from a vertical glass rack to vertical machines.
KART V PALL—is CMS/Brembana's PLC controlled machine for automatic unloading of flat glass sheets from a vertical glass rack to vertical machines.
The KART series provides a choice of machines designed to manipulate the loading/unloading of glass sheets from 50 to 400 kg in weight within a cycle time of 10-20 seconds, depending upon the weight of the part to be moved.

FUTURA T—CMS/Brembana's numerically controlled double edging machine. FUTURA T carries out any type of grinding and polishing process with peripheral wheels, on square and rectangular glass sheets ranging in thickness from 3 to 12 mm (0.12" to  0.47"). FUTURA T is the perfect solution for double edge machining of pencil edges with peripheral wheels.

FUTURA P—CMS/Brembana's numerically controlled double edging machine. FUTURA P carries out any type of flat edge work with 45° arrises grinding and polishing with cup wheels, on square and rectangular glass sheets and with a thickness from 4 to 25 mm (0.16" to 0.98"). FUTURA P is the solution for double edge machining at the level of "perfect polishing" by means of cup wheels.
