Brembana "ASSET" - Automated Shower-door System with Enhanced Technology, a fully automated shower door production line. Clean cut glass pieces are loaded automatically on to the system. The glass pieces are transferred to a straight line polishing machine for high quality edge work. Once the glass pieces goes thru the polishing machine, it is sent back to the front of the polishing machine thru transfer rollers and automatically rotated 90 degrees, by a unique and patented system. This step is repeated until all four sides are polished. The polished pieces then move to the "VERTEC"or "Delta Profile", vertical CNC machine for processing hinge cutouts and holes. The program for cutouts and holes for that particular piece of glass is automatically retrieved by a bar code reader. Once this process is completed the glass pieces go thru a vertical washer and unloaded automatically on to an A-Frame. These completed shower doors are now ready to be tempered. This system will output a standard shower door evert 6-7 minutes without human intervention. This system can also be used for the production of store glass shelves and panels with multiple holes and cutouts. The "ASSET" can handle out-of-square glass up to 3/4".
