The vertical format is ideal for safe material handling and for modular integration into continuous production lines that may include automated loading, drilling, grinding, machining, washing and staging for tempering.

Vertical drilling and milling reduce product cycle times and surface blemish vulnerability as well as providing a more efficient method for glass fabrication. We offer multiple vertical glass cutting equipment solutions for high speed drilling and routing. Dual, opposing spindles with optional tool change carousels provide chip free drilling while offering additional machining capabilities such as routing and countersinking.

CMS Brembana Vertical CNC edging machinery combines efficient design and robust construction to provide a space saving solution for continuous edging and polishing processes.

Vertical CNC glass cutting equipment eliminates set-up and greatly reduces programming time through the use of operator friendly on-board software. The format is flexible enough to accommodate both high speed seaming and corner dubbing along with profile grinding and polishing.

The machinery may be configured for dedicated profile work or equipped with a tool change carousel to provide a full range of CNC machining capabilities.

CMS Brembana Vertical Grinding Machines provide continuous V-wheel seaming of dissimilar sized and thickness glass while using only minimal floor space. Automatic compensation for height, length and thickness take place as individual panels are measured before entering the machine. The machines may also be configured for dedicated profile grinding. An optional "Dabbing" unit or corner breaker can also be added on this machine.
