The RUNNER Glass Cutting Table
The “RUNNER” glass cutting table is known for heavy duty, reliable and intelligent design. The “RUNNER” offers a complete solution as a standalone unit in smaller shops or as a highly automated line, for larger volume glass cutting applications.
The “RUNNER” glass cutting table incorporates a single piece welded mono-bloc frame that maintains rigidity and cutting consistency over years of use. The sturdy, welded steel bridge and programmable electronic pressure unit provide consistent scoring pressure and consistent breakout through the full range of glass thickness, from 1/8th inch to ¾ inch thick. The “RUNNER” also offers a powerful swift and quiet gear drive, a retractable standoff and support brackets on the tilting table to help make loading safe and efficient.
Technological features of the “RUNNER” include reliable electronic and drive components thoughtfully tucked away beneath the machine table to minimize obstruction and floor space. A PC interface and fully functional intuitive onboard software allow programming for a single piece, re-cuts, and multiple sheet optimization of rectangular and shaped products. Standard options include automatic squaring, edge deletion, shape reading, and double reference for laminate cutting.
Linear Belt Glass Automated Cutting Systems
We are also proud to offer the impressive Linear Belt (LB), automated glass cutting systems. The LB is a glass cutting machine designed to manage standard or jumbo glass sheet sizes and may be configured together with a host of loading and handling options to fit any scale or volume of operation. The features of the LB glass cutting system include break out tables, belt loaders, integrated loading arms, static or rotating A-frame stock sheet racks, and automated loader retrieval systems. An optional 4 head cutting unit is available for different thickness of glass and vinyl cutting.
Single Cutting Tables
Single Cutting Tables: Rigidity, reliability, speed and accuracy are must-have qualities for an excellent stand-alone glass cutting table. Brembana cutting tables are well known in the industry for these qualities and much more. The strength for this glass cutting table comes from its mono-bloc frame construction and the sturdy welded steel bridge. The combination of high quality parts used in the construction and the technical know how of our engineers makes the cutting table an engineering masterpiece. The unique chain block tilting system ensures smooth, flawless tilting with or without glass sheet. It has all the other features you need such as loading legs, squaring pegs, double zero for laminated glass cutting, infrared shape reader, automatic height and cutting pressure adjustment and an optional multiple cutting head. Sophisticated software with PC interface makes our glass cutting table a well built and user friendly glass cutting machine.
Automated Cutting Lines
This line consists of an automatic glass loader, a high speed glass cutting table and a break-out table. Glass sheets are loaded into the line by a mobile loader from either side of the machine, left or right. It uses 4 robust vacuum arms per side and places the glass sheet onto motorized rollers which transport the glass sheet to the cutting table. The linear belts on the cutting table assist in moving and positioning the glass sheet. A high speed, torsion resistant cutting bridge with “Brushless” motors cuts the glass precisely to the nested program. Once the cutting of the glass sheet is complete the scored glass sheet automatically moves on to a break-out table. A powerful blower under the break-out table creates an air cushion which allows the glass sheet to be manipulated easily. This process continues until the whole batch of glass is processed.
