Fully Automated Production Lines
Our continuous production module machines can be integrated into a line from start to finish to create an automatic and continuous production line. The CMS continuous production modules are highly customized based on the customers’ available floor space, and based on the future of expansion.
As an example of CMS’s customization offerings, we are able to create automatic shuttle tables that can transport stone slabs from inventory straight to the production line. We can also configure the automatic loading of a bridge saw, individual labeling of pieces and automated nesting and programming.
CMS can reliably configure any continuous production system based on a customer’s floor plan and budget needs. We emphasize a no-limitations approach to our custom continuous production models.

Simple Automated Cutting Line
CMS offers a wide variety of cutting solutions that can be as manual or automatic as the customer chooses. In its most basic form it begins with a tilting in-feed conveyor. The slab is loaded onto this in-feed conveyor and then rolled into the saw for processing. After processing the sawn slab is then rolled out onto an out-feed conveyor. This action can be either manual or automatic.

CPM - Continuous Production Modules
"CPM" - Continuous Production Modules. CPM is a single production line consisting of various modules to achieve high production with a minimum number of manpower. It works with the full integration of software and hardware. This line can be configured with both manual and/or automatic conveyors for movement of the materials and can be expanded with additional modules to accommodate increasing production needs.
