The manual bridge saw is the entry-level bridge saw for standard stone shops. This saw is powered and moved using joysticks. Laser positioning lines are standard, also a small programmable cutting system. Tables rotate manually with hard stops every 22.5 degrees. Horsepower ranges from 20 – 40 hp, blade size diameter between 14 inches to 48 inches.

A CNC bridge saw offers accuracy, customization and flexibility for a growing stone fabricator. The Brembana CNC stone bridge saw has such high accuracy that a sizing pass on the CNC router is unnecessary. For further increased productivity, these systems allow for an automatic feed through and material handling. A full 5 axis head for sawing miters at any angle between 0 to 90 degrees is available. All these machines have user friendly programming, operations and integration with photo nesting and rendering software. A CNC stone bridge saw can evolve along with a CNC stone shop.

CMS Brembana has combined a CNC stone bridge saw and a water jet into a single machine. This allows for the best materials yield along with a high degree of accuracy and speed. Sawing all the lines and jet cutting the radii and inside corners make it possible for very tight nesting of shapes inside of a slab. This style machine is available in single and double table configurations and may be used as a standalone machine or as part of a CPM or cutting line.

Automatic cutting lines are systems incorporating our automated CNC stone bridge saws along with material handling. This can be as simple as roller conveyor in-feed and out-feed or as complex as automated slab warehousing, retrieval, labeling and delivery to CNC work stations. These systems can be stand alone, feeding several standard CNC machines, or part of a more integrated "CPM" - Continuous Production Module.
